Multi Leaf Springs: Leaf springs for all kinds of Trucks, Trailers, Buses, Cars, 4WD and Light Commercial Vehicles. Custom made springs can also be designed to suit the customers’ requirements.

U Bolts: Any size and shape including forged ones can be made. The U bolts can be supplied in oven baked paint or zinc plated passivation finish. All U Bolts supplied with extra long nuts. Grades of U Bolts are as following SAE grades 2, 5 and 8 and IS grades 6.6, 8.8 and 10.9.

Shackle Pins and Bushes: Regular Shackle pins are made from alloy steel and induction hardened. Threaded pins are generally made from alloy steel and case carborised. Rubber to metal bonded pins can also be supplied. Spring bushes in different qualities viz. steel, copper backed (bi-metal), gun metal, bronze and nylon as per sizes required can be manufactured.

Hanger Brackets and Shackles: These can be supplied in different grades of castings viz. malleable, grey or S.G. iron.

Shackle and Pin Kits: We have developed a wide range of kits for various four wheel drive and light commercial vehicles. All our shackle and pin kits are supplied with greaseable bolts with grease nipples fitted.
